ETB Värme Sverige AB was founded in 1925 and is the market leader in service and installation of heat pumps in the Gothenburg area. We are experts in residential heating and have been an authorized service station for the NIBE brand since the 1970s. Our service technicians/installers have the necessary competence in electricity, piping, cooling, and ventilation.

We are now looking for another service-oriented and driven inside sales representative/coordinator to join our office in Mölndal!

Job Description

As an Order Receiver/Coordinator, a large part of the job will consist of answering the phone, receiving fault reports, creating work orders, and distributing them among our skilled service technicians so they can reach our customers as soon as possible. You will handle multiple cases simultaneously, using the phone and computer as your primary work tools. The department consists of 3 people handling switchboard, order reception, coordination, and invoicing, where you support and help each other as needed. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school education
• Experience in customer service, sales, and administration.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience from our industry within electricity, heating, energy, plumbing, etc., is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience with invoicing is a merit.

Personal Attributes

You are service-minded and always have a positive attitude internally as well as externally. Making and receiving phone calls is no problem for you. The position requires you to be unpretentious, flexible, independent, organized, and meticulous. You are good at collaborating, have excellent prioritization skills, and can take initiative. It is an advantage if you are interested in technology. We will place great emphasis on your personal attributes.
