We are bold and work together towards clear goals, supported by inspiring leaders. We believe that your time at Nabo could become a highlight of your career. Do you want to set new standards and create social value? Come and shape the future of property management with us.
About the role
As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a central role in handling incoming fault reports from property owners, boards, and residents in the housing cooperatives managed by Nabo, with a focus on Stockholm, but you will also support the team working nationally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high customer satisfaction and ensure a quality delivery to Nabo's customers. You will act as the hub by answering incoming calls and emails regarding various property-related issues and coordinating these matters further, for example, by involving technicians or managers to resolve the issue.
The role requires good communication and administrative skills, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to efficient workflows and collaborations within Nabo's technical management. The role also includes key distribution. The role requires good system proficiency and a natural aptitude for digital tools, as we will implement a new system during the year, where you will have a central role.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will work in an exciting and customer-facing role with many contact points, both externally and internally with other employees at Nabo. Your direct manager describes their leadership style as open, and your relationship will be characterized by trust. If you thrive working with freedom under responsibility, this is a role that will suit you.
This position is a fixed-term assignment lasting 12 months.
Your previous experience
- To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience working in customer service or customer support.
- You have good IT and system proficiency, being accustomed to navigating in several different systems.
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently, as these are the languages you will communicate with our customers in.
Advantageous
- If you have experience working with fault reports for residential properties, property emergency services, or in a corresponding role with similar responsibilities, it is advantageous for the position.
- It is a plus if you have post-secondary education in facility management, property technology, or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with properties and housing cooperatives, preferably in technical matters, or alternatively as a property technician or caretaker.
- Previous experience handling warranty cases related to properties.
Personal qualities
To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are a positive, bold, and social person who enjoys collaborating with others. You are a team player who contributes energy, engagement, and a great attitude to the team, while also being confident enough to step up, make decisions, and drive dialogues forward when needed.
Since the role involves a lot of contact with customers, residents, and partners, it is important that you are communicative and service-oriented, with good customer handling and a natural sense for building trust. You express yourself clearly, listen to others' needs, and handle different types of people in a professional and warm manner.
We also believe you have a positive attitude, see solutions rather than problems, and dare to take initiative in everyday life. You don't need to be the loudest voice – but you should feel comfortable being proactive, visible, and secure in your contact with others.
What happens next
We work continuously with our recruitment processes. This means we review applications as they come in. The next steps in the process, if you proceed, consist of interviews, background checks*, and reference checks.
* Final candidates will be subject to a background check after their approval.
