Job Description
Our client in Malmö is now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a consulting assignment starting in August. Are you a driven person who loves sales? Are you motivated by making cold calls and building long-term customer relationships? As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary task is to expand the market through proactive sales and manage an existing customer portfolio via phone and video meetings. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the first call to the signed contract and customer onboarding. You will become part of a tight-knit and supportive team of five people based at the modern office in Hyllie, Malmö. The assignment is a parental leave cover extending from July/August 2026 to September 2027, with good opportunities for extension or takeover. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-16:30 with 1 hour of flexibility. You will be based at the Hyllie office during the first few months, after which there is an option to work remotely one day a week.
We are looking for a driven and resilient salesperson who is motivated by proactive sales, cold calls, and outbound activity. You are a proactive and empathetic relationship builder who easily creates trust and collaborates with others. As a person, you are solution-oriented, keep your cool in complex situations, and have a strong desire to learn new things to constantly develop.

Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and process new customers via phone and video. The customer base varies greatly – from small tire shops to breweries and large industries.
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts, renegotiate contracts (often 3-year rolling contracts), and resolve contract and invoice issues.
- Conduct accurate needs analyses over the phone, find the right solutions for the customer, and close deals efficiently.
- Work closely with field sales representatives (who handle the more complex accounts in the same district) and maintain close contact with Engineering and Customer Service to provide the customer with the best possible start-up.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably telesales, Inside Sales, or proactive activities where you are accustomed to cold calling.
- Experience working with various systems (e.g., CRM systems and Google Suite).
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, as you handle both local customers and international internal contacts.
- A technical interest is considered an asset.
