Jappa is growing – and we are far from finished. We are now looking for a driven appointment setter who wants to work a few hours a week opening doors to exciting e-commerce and tech companies. You enjoy making calls, you are good at building rapport, and we will train you on how to spark interest with a decision-maker on the first try.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an appointment setter at Jappa, your mission is simple: increase the number of qualified sales meetings. You will contact e-commerce companies and IT/tech firms – and sometimes consulting and recruitment agencies that we want to sell our platform to. The job requires sharpness, structure, and a genuine interest in having conversations that lead somewhere.

• Prospecting and contacting relevant companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings for Jappa's sales team – this is your key metric.
• Work closely with the founding team and contribute to how we develop our sales process.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to have done exactly this before – but you must be the right type of person.

• Comfortable on the phone and used to making first contact with strangers.
• Self-driven and structured – you create your own pace.
• Communicative in Swedish (and preferably English) – you know how to adapt your message.
• Curious about e-commerce, IT, and tech – or ready to learn quickly.
• Advantageous: experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

📍 Location: Gothenburg (primary) · Stockholm (secondary) + hybrid

⏱ Scope: Part-time, a few hours per week

💰 Compensation: Fixed salary + commission per booked meeting
