They are now looking for an Application Consultant within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform who wants to work closely with customers to develop and improve their ways of working through the smart use of Microsoft's platform. The role suits you if you have worked with D365 CE for a few years and want to continue developing both technically, operationally, and personally.

In the role, you work together with experienced consultants in a smaller organization where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of the work. You are involved in the entire process from understanding the customer's needs to implementing solutions in the system.

The position is a direct hire, which means the recruitment process takes place through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client. All questions regarding the position and recruitment are referred to the responsible recruitment consultant at Futuria.

About the role

As an Application Consultant, you work in projects and maintenance assignments where the focus is on helping customers streamline their processes through Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You work both close to the business and technically within the platform. The role involves a combination of analysis, dialogue with the customer, and practical work in the system.

Common tasks:

• Configure and set up solutions in Dynamics 365 CE
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering together with the customer
• Create solution proposals in Dynamics and Power Platform based on customer needs
• Develop apps or automations with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Implement and further develop systems and processes at the customer
• Collaborate with developers and integration specialists
• Work in project teams together with other consultants

You often work in a team with one or more colleagues and may have several assignments in parallel during certain periods, for example, a project and a maintenance assignment.

We are looking for you who

• Have at least two years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Have experience working practically in the platform
• Have an understanding of how Dynamics is used in businesses such as sales, customer service, or case management
• Have a technical interest and can collaborate well in a team
• Thrives in a consulting role where you work close to the customer and business
