About the job

We need to expand our team and are looking for you who like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our wonderful group at Willys Tanum Shoppingcenter! The role essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.

Employment type: Part-time position, 32 hours per week until 2026-08-31. Possibility of extension after the summer.

Start date: As agreed.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.

Here is a bit more about the role:

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh food department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
• You greet our customers with knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
• After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

• See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You are solution-oriented and like to work at a fast pace.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that is great!
