About the job
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a well-functioning fund trading operation, both in terms of processes and workflows, as well as ensuring that the business is conducted efficiently, with quality assurance, and in line with set goals.
You have overall responsibility for the unit, including working environment, budget, as well as management, steering, and follow-up of operations. You will also have external contacts with fund companies, banks, the Swedish National Debt Office, and the National Audit Office.
An important part of the assignment is to drive and ensure business development and a functioning requirements process related to the transition to a procured fund exchange and the introduction of new systems and ways of working. Furthermore, the unit is responsible for handling and reporting on the financial transactions linked to the premium pension. The unit is also responsible for processing the Voluntary Pension Insurance benefit.
Your profile
As a person, you have strategic ability, and as a leader, you create conditions, motivate, and build trust. In this unit manager role, you are responsible and quality-conscious, and you are diligent about delivering results on time. You work systematically and structurally and have the ability to create solutions.
As a leader, you are receptive, have very good collaboration skills, and a holistic perspective. You also have experience working independently and possess good communication skills.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
