Do you have experience working in the public sector handling classified or security-cleared information? Do you thrive when taking responsibility and working with multiple contact points? We are now looking for a Security Administrator for the Security-Cleared Information Management section and offer an exciting role right at the center of events.

As a Security Administrator at the Management Department's section for Security-Cleared Information Management, you play a central role in the internal and external distribution of information. You are responsible for forwarding incoming documents to ministries and managing data flows in several IT systems as well as signals security systems. The work is responsible and is carried out according to established procedures to ensure high quality at all levels. Your daily tasks also include administrative duties such as document registration. Since our operations are vital around the clock, the position involves a varied schedule with opening and closing shifts, as well as on-call duties during evenings, nights, and weekends.

The Information Mediation unit is part of the Government Offices' Information Management unit, where you will work in a team of 12 people.

Your background

To be considered for this role, you must meet all mandatory requirements and preferably also the merit-based criteria.

Requirements:

  • Upper secondary school diploma.
  • Experience working in operations involving the handling of classified and/or security-cleared information.
  • Basic knowledge of security clearance legislation.
  • Good knowledge of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Merits:

  • Relevant university degree.
  • Signals security training.
  • Experience working with the mediation of valuable information in the public sector.
  • Experience with document registration.
  • Experience working with international information flows, e.g., EU and/or NATO.

The advertisement concerns one or more permanent positions. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Scheduled on-call time during evenings and weekends occurs.

The position is security-classified, and a security clearance with background check will be conducted before a decision on employment is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but may have a foreign background.
