We are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator with immediate start for our partner in Åstorp. You will become part of a tight-knit team with a strong commitment to the company's customers. In this role, you will have daily contact with both customers and internal departments, where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on deliveries, as well as ensuring that customer orders arrive correctly and on time. You will work with multiple customers in parallel, in an environment that can be fast-paced with many interactions. Therefore, it is important that you have a keen eye for detail and carefully follow up on any deviations in the transport chain.

About the Role

Below is a summary of your main responsibilities:

• Review and verify completed pickup orders reported in the system
• Ensure that the correct trips and orders are registered
• Check and manage financial flows so that the customer, carrier, and company are invoiced and compensated correctly
• Communicate with customers regarding deviations to assess the need for action and prioritize
• Create new orders when necessary, for example in case of urgent rebooking
• Act on compensation claims from drivers, such as waiting time or other supplements
• Ensure that all transaction steps in a transport are completed and approved
• Follow up on additional services and ensure that the correct invoicing documentation is generated

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least one year of experience in a similar role within logistics or transport administration
• Has post-secondary education in transport/logistics (or equivalent work experience)
• Is computer literate and has experience working in business systems
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have good leadership skills and experience in a leading role, as well as experience working with data analysis.

You have a natural aptitude for asking questions, taking ownership, and above all, being able to prioritize your tasks.

About the Employment

This is a consultancy assignment initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension, where you will be employed as a consultant by OIO. Provided that you enjoy the role and both parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there is an opportunity to extend the assignment. The employment will begin with an introduction where you, as a new employee, will receive a thorough introduction from your colleagues and support to get familiar with routines and systems.
