About the role

As a nurse with us, you have a central and important role in the team. You lead and plan the daily work together with colleagues, health centers, and our call center.

The work is varied and combines clinical assessments with coordination, patient contact, and development work. You meet patients with different needs and have the opportunity to use your full competence.

Examples of duties

Daytime – weekdays

• Assess referrals and ensure safe medical care

• Collaborate with health centers together with the unit manager and deputy unit manager

• Responsible for telephone contact with patients and the call center

Evenings and weekends

• Lead and distribute work in the clinical team

• Perform planned and acute home visits

• Contribute to safe and secure care in the patient's home

Qualifications

Requirements

• Licensed nurse

• Category B driver's license

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience in basal home care

• Experience from working at a health center

Employment conditions

• Employment type: Hourly employment or permanent employment

• Scope: As needed or part-time

• Start date: By agreement

• Salary: Individual salary setting

• Collective agreement applies
