🔹 We are looking for: First Line Technician / IT OnSite Support
📍 Location: Örebro & Lund
🕘 Working hours: Daytime
👥 Number of positions: Multiple
We are looking for you who:
✔ Have experience in IT support, user assistance, client management, and troubleshooting
✔ Are service-oriented, solution-focused, and able to handle stress
✔ Enjoy customer contact and helping users in a professional and pedagogical manner
✔ Are eager to develop within IT and contribute to a strong support organization
✔ Understand the importance of collaboration, structure, and high service awareness
💡 The role involves a combination of:
- 1st Line Support
- Operations
- OnSite Support
- Administration
📌 REQUIREMENTS:
• Customer contact
• 1st Line Support
• Administration
⭐ MERITORIOUS:
Experience from various types of companies and government agencies is considered a great plus.
💰 Salary:
