I am a 49-year-old woman living in Möllevången, Malmö, and I work part-time as a social worker. I have rheumatoid arthritis, which means I have practical support needs in my daily life. I am currently looking for a new assistant to work a few days a week during my regular assistant's parental leave. I need help with daily tasks such as grocery shopping, housekeeping, and personal care. I also need assistance with my physical exercise, which is partly done at home. A few times a week, I go to swimming pool training, and you will accompany me and help with things such as changing clothes, physical support, and stretching. Job Setup You will start as a temporary substitute on an as-needed basis during the summer, with the possibility of a fixed schedule starting in the autumn. Working hours vary but are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Occasional weekend shifts may occur. The workload is approximately 2-4 shifts per week. Who am I looking for? I am looking for a female assistant. It is important that you are in relatively good physical shape as you will be assisting me with exercise. Previous experience in personal assistance is not a requirement; personal suitability is the most important factor. It is a bonus if you enjoy sewing, as I sometimes need help with simple clothing adjustments, but this is absolutely not a requirement. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish or English. It is also important that you can work independently in certain parts of the job. You must not be allergic to cats. We are conducting rolling selections.
