JSR Fastigheter is now looking for a Property Technician who wants a varied and practical role with significant personal responsibility. This is perfect for you who like to keep moving, solve problems directly on-site, and prefer working out in the properties rather than behind a desk all day.

About the role

As a Property Technician, you work close to the properties and are responsible for ensuring that the technical operations run smoothly. The role is broad, hands-on, and suits you who enjoy variety and finding smart solutions in everyday life.

You will spend most of the week out in the properties around Stockholm and base your remaining time from the office on Södermalm.

This is not a role where you sit still – you are out there, meeting people, solving problems, and ensuring things work in practice.

Example of tasks

• Conduct rounds and technical inspections in the properties.
• Follow up on fault reports and operational deviations.
• Work with ventilation, heating, electricity, cooling, and other technical installations.
• Participate in improving the operation and energy efficiency of the properties.
• Collaborate with contractors, installers, and property caretakers.
• Assist tenants with technical questions.
• Participate in smaller projects and technical improvement works.

We believe you have

• A few years of experience within property technology, installation, operations, or service.
• Basic understanding of technical systems such as ventilation, plumbing, electricity, or control/regulation.
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
