We are now looking for summer substitutes at Vilhelms Gård in Knivsta for the summer of 2026, with the possibility of starting work immediately. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see every individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their way of life and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nurse assistant/care aide, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Vilhelms Gård

Vilhelms Gård is centrally located in Knivsta, at Disponentgatan 3, and is a popular residence for 50 people with a focus on both dementia and somatic care/nursing. There is a day activity center in the same building that collaborates with the different departments. We have a large, lush garden that is very popular. Dementia certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia and interaction via the Dementia Academy. Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nurse assistant.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained nurse assistant/care aide or have equivalent experience working in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
