Friday is recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of our client, someone who wants to tackle exciting challenges within the automation industry. You will work with varied projects where, together with a cross-functional team consisting of electrical designers and automation engineers, you will drive projects forward from planning to delivery. In close collaboration with the sales team, you will be involved early in the project process, where you will jointly set timelines, budgets, and project scope.

As a project manager, you will become a central part of the projects, the one holding the threads and ensuring that all parts work together to achieve set goals. When the salesperson has completed the sale, you take over and are responsible for driving the project according to plan, both in terms of time and budget. With your broad understanding of different technical areas, you act as a generalist and coordinate the team's efforts to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

As a Junior Project Manager, you are offered a varied role with freedom under responsibility. You will be based at the office in Gothenburg, where you work together with a team of around 45 colleagues, while also visiting customers as needed. Since every project is unique, you get the opportunity to work with exciting technology and customer-adapted solutions. The customers you work with are both large and small companies in various industries, including several world-leading players. You will play a key role in ensuring that every project is delivered with high quality and a customer focus.

You will further, for example:

• Drive several projects of both larger and smaller character in parallel.
• Assemble project groups based on the customer's needs.
• Participate in the entire project process, from initiation and dialogue with the customer to testing and delivery of the finished facility.
• Be responsible for driving projects forward with a focus on technology, schedule, economy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external parties such as customers, suppliers, and consultants.
• Lead, collaborate, and negotiate with all involved parties to achieve set project goals.

• Have previous work experience in project management from a similar field.
• Possess inner drive and the desire to develop as a project manager.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, as both languages are used internally and externally.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from the Client and our side is that you will then be directly employed by the client.
