We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience in the nursing assistant profession and good knowledge of Swedish. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are engaged, curious, and interested in learning new things. You are attracted by the pace of work on the ward and enjoy collaborating with others. You have an interest in nursing and are happy to contribute your opinions and experiences to provide our patients with the best possible care.

What you will work with

On the ward, the nursing assistant works in a team together with experienced nurses, doctors, and other professional categories. In our work group, we have good cohesion; we help each other and value job satisfaction and development highly. Since the respiratory system involves various organs, you will gain broad competence in different disease conditions and nursing measures. In daily work, in addition to basic nursing care, you will perform practical tasks such as sample collection, wound dressings, measuring vital parameters, and various measures to facilitate the patient's breathing.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position with the possibility of part-time work. The working hours are scheduled for night shifts. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
