Your role

As a Quality Engineer with us, you will become an important part of the operational team within the Quality Assurance/Back Office section. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create new ways of working and relationships – both within Saab and together with our partners.

Your role involves driving quality investigations. The work resembles a project management role where you have many contact points, including with production, procurement, and design within Saab Aeronautics.

The role will consist of:

• Driving quality cases towards both internal production and external partners
• Identifying root causes, proposing, and implementing corrective actions

You will belong to a small group of colleagues where cooperation and shared drive are key to success. The position is located in Linköping, and some travel may occur in the role.

• You master Swedish and English very well, both in speech and writing

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
