About the role
In this role, you will have an important position in driving and developing improvement initiatives within the business. You will lead change and improvement projects and support continuous development activities that contribute to achieving the facility's goals and creating a more efficient and sustainable operation. By analyzing data, processes, and flows, you will identify areas for improvement and translate insights into concrete solutions that make a real difference in the business.
You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our partner. The assignment is initially for one year, with good opportunities for extension for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Drive and lead improvement projects to develop the business and achieve set goals.
- Monitor and analyze goals, performance, and risks related to the supply chain.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement activities.
- Support managers and teams in change work and the implementation of new working methods.
We are looking for you who
- Have a relevant university degree in fields such as economics, finance, supply chain, or engineering.
- Have experience in continuous improvement work and have worked in a similar role.
- Are proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Live in or near Luleå, as the position starts immediately.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience from the medical technology or life science industry.
