We are now looking for a Purchasing and Warehouse Manager for our production unit in Motala. What does the role entail?

Hydroscand Special Hoses works with assembling fittings and other components onto special hoses. Together with Hydroscand's stores around the country, Special Hoses provides customer-close service. Since everything is produced on-site in Motala, this means short lead times for our customers.

As the Purchasing and Warehouse Manager, you will have a central role in the operations, responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time and for efficient warehouse management. The role is varied and involves both administrative tasks and operational work in the warehouse, such as receiving goods and handling materials.

The responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing purchases of materials.
• Following up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Updating purchase prices, cost prices, and entering new articles into our business system, D365.
• Working to ensure correct stock levels and conducting ongoing inventory counts.
• Handling claims and complaints.
• Working with invoice processing in Medius.

You will work on-site at the production unit in Motala and report to the Site Manager.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. We believe you thrive in a role that combines administration and operational tasks. To qualify for the position, you should have previous experience in purchasing, warehouse work, or a similar role.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and communicative, with the ability to create structure and order in daily work. You should have good system skills, preferably from business systems like D365 or similar. We would also appreciate previous experience with invoice processing.

A forklift license is an advantage.
