Your role and daily routine:

As an Electrical Designer, you will work with the entire chain – from initial technical calculations to finished drawing documentation for switchgears. In addition to the design work, you will also have a business-oriented role in identifying technical solutions for customers.

Your day is characterized by collaboration. You will work in bright offices in Västerås alongside a team of senior colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role but never stops being curious.

• Requirements: Experience in electrical design, preferably with switchgears, power systems, or heavy industry.
• Tools: You are comfortable in a CAD environment (e.g., EPLAN, Elprocad, or AutoCAD).
• Advantageous: Experience or a strong interest in sales and customer service. We consider it a significant advantage if you enjoy presenting solutions and building long-term relationships.
• Personality: You are communicative, trustworthy, and like to take initiative.

How does the employment work?

At Boost Technical Power, we handle the first part of the process. You will initially be employed as a consultant with us, but for the right person, this is just a short starting phase. Our client has a stated goal that you will transition into a direct permanent position with them after an initial period with us.
