Apex.se is looking for a new team member for our customer service and order processing team.
Welcome to apply for a highly varied position at Apex.se, where you will work with some of the world's most well-known brands in racing, rally, and performance. One day you might help a Saab enthusiast find the right oil fittings for a cooler from the 1960s, and the next day ensure that a pair of fireproof socks are delivered on time to a customer standing in the pit lane before the start of the Le Mans 24 Hours.
This is a role for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment but can also keep order and structure in your tasks and create your own workflow. Primary customer contact is via email and phone, but you will also receive customers in person at our showroom in Önnestad, outside Kristianstad.
About the role
In this role, you will work with:
- Customer service via phone and email
- Order processing and management
- Troubleshooting and finding solutions with third parties (e.g., shipping companies) on behalf of the customer
- Handling returns and claims
- Administrative tasks related to the webshop and warehouse
The work takes place from our office in Önnestad and involves daily contact with customers ranging from track day enthusiasts and rally drivers to professional racers.
We are looking for someone who
- Is service-oriented and communicative
- Has a good sense of structure and attention to detail
- Is computer literate
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
- Enjoys picking up the phone and closing deals
It is an advantage if you:
- Have previous experience in customer service or e-commerce
- Have worked with business systems, such as Visma
- Have knowledge and interest in racing, rally, or performance cars
