Your role at Iver As an Implementation Specialist within Exchange, you will become an important part of our specialist team responsible for the implementation, migration, and further development of modern messaging platforms for our customers. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other technical specialists in complex IT environments where quality, stability, and technical depth are central.

This role is ideal for you if you thrive in technically advanced projects and want to combine deep specialist competence with significant personal responsibility in customer deliveries.

Examples of responsibilities

• Plan and execute implementations and technical projects within Exchange.
• Drive migrations and change projects within Exchange and hybrid environments.
• Responsible for technical delivery and ensuring quality in implementations.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting within Exchange and mail flows.
• Contribute to technical mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in developing technical solution proposals together with architects and customers.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have several years of experience in implementation, migration, and operations within Exchange environments and who thrive in a specialist role with significant technical responsibility. You are accustomed to working independently in project deliveries, feel confident in dialogues with both customers and technical teams, and appreciate complex problem-solving in business-critical environments. You feel comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have experience with:

• Exchange On-Premises.
• Hybrid solutions between Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Advanced troubleshooting within areas such as SMTP, Autodiscover, and mail routing.
• Developing, presenting, and explaining technical solution proposals in customer dialogues.
• Technical implementation and migration in large or complex environments.

Meritorious: Certifications within Exchange and Microsoft 365.

Location: Iver is present in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you are based at our office in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Stockholm.
