We are now looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join a global product company within the field of digital user experiences. You will become part of a fast-paced and cross-functional organization where user insights play a central role in the development of scalable mobile products for millions of users worldwide.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure that products and features are developed based on real user needs and behaviors.

• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies

• Work with both exploratory and evaluative research

• Conduct usability testing, contextual inquiry, and concept testing, among other methods

• Deliver data-driven and user-centered insights

• Contribute to product and UX strategic decisions

• Facilitate workshops and present results to stakeholders and decision-makers

• Identify patterns and synthesize insights across multiple initiatives and product areas

• Contribute to the development of the organization's overall research capability

• Qualitative and quantitative user insights linked to product development

• Recommendations that strengthen user experience and product strategy

• Research reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials

• Facilitated workshops and knowledge sharing within the organization

• Input for prioritization and further development of products and services

• Several years of experience in User Research within modern digital product organizations

• Relevant academic background in fields such as HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or Social Sciences

• Extensive experience with research methods such as:

  • Ethnographic studies

  • Contextual inquiry

  • Usability testing

  • Concept testing

• Ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative or behavioral data

• Experience working closely with cross-functional product teams

• Ability to quickly adapt to new organizations and build trust

• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders

• Strong understanding of user experience, systems thinking, and product development

• Interest in how AI and new technologies impact future research work

• Analytical and curious

• Independent and structured

• Communicative and pedagogical

• Comfortable working in changing environments

• Collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills
