About the Role

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager for our Team in Stockholm. This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. You will work weekdays during daytime hours and will be part of a collaborative management group consisting of a Business Unit Manager, two Operations Managers, and a MAS (Manager of Social Services).

As an Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for:

Leadership & Personnel Responsibility
• Coaching and developing approximately 15–20 nurses across several different regions.
• Working environment, quality, and the team's daily prerequisites.

Business Development & Customer Relations
• Further development of existing assignments and establishment of new customers.
• Close collaboration with our customers within LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and psychiatry.

Economics & Administration
• Budgeting, follow-up, and profitability.
• Resource planning, invoicing, as well as quality and development work.

Here you will have a broad and varied role where you both lead, develop, and drive the business forward – while maintaining close contact with both customers and employees.

Who Are You?

• Are a registered nurse.
• Have professional experience from your profession.
• Have experience with LSS.
• Are solution-focused, engaged, and contribute positive energy.
• Have a good understanding of economics and can translate results into improvements.
