About Coor / Addici

Coor is one of the leading providers of Facility Management services in the Nordics with a strong position in workplace services, property, and security. Within Coor operates the security company Addici Security & Technology, which delivers innovative solutions within service, guarding, and technical security. Addici combines operational security with modern technology and develops digital solutions for customers with high demands on availability, regulatory compliance, and information security.

About the role

Here, you will become a key player in the further development and maintenance of our own digital security solution, SmartID. This is our self-developed service for secure and efficient handling of access cards and permissions, supported by automated processes that reduce the risk of unauthorized access. The solution is used by customers in the energy, banking, and defense sectors and places high demands on robust architecture, secure code, and scalability on-premises in the customers' own IT environments.

Your main responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and ensure quality of the existing codebase
• Develop and implement new features in the SmartID platform
• Participate in design, architecture, and technical decisions
• Build and further develop integrations and APIs with external systems
• Implement and support the solution at the customer site
• Ensure the solution meets high security requirements
• Work with testing

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in system development
• Strong competence in .NET/C# and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Good knowledge of React
• Good experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience building integrations with and towards APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket or similar, and established development workflows
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., code assistants, analysis, or test support) as a natural aid in daily development work
• Experience with Visual Studio
• Experience with manual testing
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Confident in technical competence, communicative in dialogue with colleagues and customers, and having a solution-oriented and improvement-driven approach to work

The role is classified and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
