About the role

We are now looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative for Alcon High-Pressure Washers. Here, you will have a varied and developing role where you work closely with our customers, both directly with end-users and via distributors. The role is about understanding customer needs, developing the right technical solution, and building long-term relationships. You will primarily work from our office in Svanesund, handling customer contact via phone and email, though some travel to customers in connection with larger projects will occur. Our customers are found in many different industries, such as industry, remediation, public operations, and vehicle-related businesses. You will become an important part of our team and work closely with both production and the product manager to ensure the customer receives the right solution and the highest possible service.

Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Inside Sales Representative, you work closely with our customers with a focus on understanding their needs and helping them find the right technical solutions. Through needs analysis and technical advice, you guide the customer to the right product or customer-adapted solution and are responsible for preparing and following up on quotations. The role includes both sales via distributors and directly to end-users, where you build long-term customer relationships via phone and email. You also work proactively with upselling to existing customers and collaborate closely with production and the product manager in the work with customer-adapted solutions.

Your profile

You have a technical interest and enjoy finding solutions that create value for the customer. The role suits you if you are motivated by sales, advisory work, and building long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and translating them into the right technical solutions. To succeed in the role, we believe you are unpretentious, consultative, and structured in your approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are good at collaborating, and feel comfortable handling several different issues and customer dialogues in parallel.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in sales, technical inside sales, customer service, or technical advisory
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical and commercial solutions
  • A strong technical interest and good problem-solving skills
  • Good experience with customer contact via phone and email
  • Good computer skills and experience working in business or order systems
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)

It is an advantage if you have experience from technical sales, industry, vehicles, workshops, or similar technically oriented businesses. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. For us, the right attitude, engagement, and desire to develop are just as important as previous experience.
