We are looking for you who are passionate about providing care and support to our elderly at Blåklockan in beautiful Arvidsjaur!

As a nursing assistant at Blåklockan, you will play an important role in creating a safe and pleasant environment for our elderly.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support in daily life.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of care and support measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and nurses to ensure good care quality.
  • Document and report in accordance with current routines.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing assistant education or other relevant education in care and support.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
  • Good teamwork skills and an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to adapt your working methods and work person-centered based on each care recipient's needs.
