We are now looking for a replacement for our payroll administrator/economic assistant who is retiring. This is a role for you who wants to provide our employees and managers with professional and service-oriented support in their daily work.

About the role

You will have an important and varied assignment where you are involved in payroll work and simultaneously support our finance department. You will be the contact person for both managers and employees, building trust in matters concerning payroll, routines, and administration.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Participate in and support payroll processing in Hogia LönPlus
  • Administration of pensions, absence, travel expenses, and certificates
  • Reporting to authorities and external parties
  • Financial administration such as payments, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
  • Contributing to the improvement of working methods, flows, and routines
  • Working in the financial system Unit4 and the HR system Hailey HR

You will work closely with our payroll specialist and our finance manager, as well as in close collaboration with other colleagues within finance and the business at large. The role is split 50/50 between HR/payroll and the Finance Department, and you will report to the HR Manager. The position is located at our nice headquarters in Norrköping.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have relevant education and thrive in a context where accuracy, service orientation, and structure are central. You enjoy creating order and clarity, both in your own work and for those you support.

Other qualifications:

  • Experience in payroll administration, financial administration, and HR administration.
  • Good familiarity with payments and handling of financial flows.
  • Understanding of the importance of correctness, confidentiality, and responsibility.
  • Interest in systems and digital working methods.

As a person, you are unpretentious, collaborative, and confident in your role. You thrive with many contact surfaces, enjoy repetitive but important tasks, and are curious to develop in a role that is significant for the whole.
