About the role

Do you want to make a real difference in people's daily lives? Cleverex Omsorg is now looking for assistant nurses and care assistants to join our growing team in Örebro. We provide home care, elderly care, and habilitation services, focusing on individualized care that enables our clients to live independently and securely. The position can be full-time or part-time and suits you if you are looking for a permanent or fixed-term employment with good prospects of securing a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support in the client's home or residential facility
• Support the client's independence in daily life
• Follow implementation plans and document according to guidelines
• Work in close collaboration with colleagues, relatives, and other care institutions
• Travel between clients, which means a driver's license is required

Your profile

• Education in healthcare and social care, e.g., assistant nurse or care assistant
• Category B driver's license (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written – other languages are an advantage
• You have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute to their well-being
• You are responsible, flexible, and have good teamwork skills
• You are seeking long-term work (at least 6 months) with the ambition to work full-time
