Omtanken Assistans is looking for a summer substitute in Falun

Omtanken Assistans provides personal assistance for individuals with disabilities who have been granted assistance under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or SFB (Act on Financial Support for Certain Personal Needs). During weeks 27–34, we have several shifts that are still unfilled. Additionally, we have a 40% schedule position starting in the autumn. We are now looking for a summer substitute who can step in during these shifts as well as cover for regular assistants on sick leave or vacation, sometimes with short notice and other times with planned shifts in advance.

Job Description

You will be working with a woman in Falun who has a neurological condition and needs help with most aspects of her daily life, such as personal hygiene, mobility, cleaning, cooking, household management, and accompanying her on walks and other activities.

The working hours are generally scheduled as 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duties, but some days may involve split shifts (day or evening/night). The client requests only female assistants for her group.

Experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare is an advantage, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on personal fit.
