For an assignment with our customer in Järfälla, we are looking for an engaged and driven person with a passionate interest in networking and especially Windows systems. As an important part of their team, you will thrive in the role of problem solver and be dedicated to delivering high-quality and efficient solutions. Your ability to help others and your willingness to constantly deepen your knowledge within networking will be crucial in this role.

Your responsibilities

In the role as a network technician, you will be a key person in the team and responsible for daily operations, support, and administration of the network infrastructure. Your work will also include handling and troubleshooting of incoming incidents and orders.

Requirements:

• Relevant university education or experience of similar work
• Experience in Network Security and Network Operation
• Knowledge in one/more of the following areas: Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Citrix
• Experience in scripting and automation
• Work experience according to ITIL standards
