We are looking for an engaged and driven Flow of Goods Manager for our store team

About the role
As Flow of Goods Manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's flow of goods and the mechanical customer interaction. You become a key person in ensuring that our customers are always met with a well-stocked, inspiring, and pleasant store. The role is both operational and strategic, and you work closely with your employees to achieve the store's goals together.
You have full personnel responsibility and lead, coach, and engage your team through clear working methods and goal-oriented management. Together, you create routines and processes that make the sales process smooth, efficient, and sustainable, always with the customer in focus and strong NKI (Net Promoter Index) as a guiding star.
As part of the store's management group, you are involved in driving the store's development, results, and long-term success. If necessary, you can also cover for the Store Manager during short-term absences.
Main areas of responsibility
- Ensure efficient and smart routines within the flow of goods
- Lead continuous improvement work, such as CAO, Team Picking, and waste minimization
- Responsible for staffing and sales planning within the flow of goods processes
- Drive and follow up on KPIs such as NKI, margins, sales, personnel costs, and waste
- Work with action plans and follow up on goals together with the team and management
- Contribute to the store delivering on the customer promise: affordable, sustainable food joy
- Ensure a safe and good working environment, both physically and psychosocially
- Lead, motivate, develop, and follow up on your employees
We are looking for someone who...
...has experience from the grocery retail industry and thrives in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment. You have documented leadership experience and can demonstrate good results from operations with your own profit responsibility. You are accustomed to driving development, creating structure, and working with continuous improvements. You are a leader who enables others to grow and has the ability to engage, inspire, and create involvement in the team. You have relevant education or equivalent work experience, and it is an advantage if you have previously held a leadership role in a grocery store.

Education
- A minimum of upper secondary education is required. We prefer that there is further education in e.g., economics or another relevant area.
- Leadership training
Experience/Competence
- The position requires experience and competence in retail regarding sales and preferably in leadership.
- Good experience in leading personnel.
- Experience in leading change and improvement work.
- Computer literate regarding the Office package.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
- Previous experience in scheduling is an advantage.
- Previous experience in labor law/working environment is an advantage.
The pace in the store will at times be very high, which is why stress tolerance and planning skills are important traits. We are looking for you who are a creative person driven by creating a good culture among your employees where everyone feels involved. You dare to think differently and test new solutions and have an easy time getting others to move towards the same goal.
The position is a full-time employment of 38.15 hours/week with start date as agreed. Working hours vary and are scheduled during day and evening times as well as weekends. We apply a probationary period. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the last application date.
