Coop Mölnlycke is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear organic profile. Our opening hours are 6 AM to 11 PM every day of the week to offer good accessibility for our customers. The store currently has around 30 employees and several part-timers.

As Checkout/Forecourt Manager, you are responsible for all areas of the store within the mechanical customer interaction, where you drive issues and activities based on maximizing NKI (Net Customer Index).

You have full personnel responsibility and achieve your goals through your employees' performance. You are a skilled communicator who leads, coaches, engages, and follows up on your employees based on common working methods. The main goal of the position is to strengthen the customer experience and ensure that we constantly strive to streamline processes within supply that lead to "Full, Fresh, and Fronted".

Your role includes workforce management during the store's various opening hours. The work is physically demanding. It is highly meritorious if you have worked with team picking, online orders, and fresh produce in your previous retail experience. Your duties include;

• Ensure that goals with action plans are established and followed up on
• Work on continuous improvements of processes for example Team Picking, CAO, minimize FYS
• Ensure efficient staffing for the product flow processes in the store
• General store work and workforce management

As Checkout/Forecourt Manager, you are responsible for:

* Staffing Checkout & Forecourt

* Tobacco - ordering, returns handling, sales meetings, follow-up, and analysis

* Posten and DHL - package pickup and drop-off

* Västtrafik - agent

* Confectionery (loose candy and regular candy) and Flowers - ordering, returns handling, sales meetings, follow-up, and analysis

We expect you to have experience and education from retail so you know what is required to create an efficient and profitable operation.

Education;

• High school education is a requirement
• Post-secondary education is meritorious

Experience/Special Competence;

• The position requires broad experience and competence from grocery retail
• The position requires documented experience of leading employees
• The position requires documented good results in operations with own profit responsibility
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, in speech and writing, is a requirement.
