ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in central Örnsköldsvik. We are looking for temporary staff as needed.
The work shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends according to the following times:
- 07:00-13:00 (double assistance)
- 08:00-21:00
- 21:00-07:00 (awake night)
Start date is by agreement, but we would like you to be able to start the introduction as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a happy woman in her mid-20s with a wonderful sense of humor. She has a herniated disc and is paralyzed from the waist down, and is now looking for a personal assistant who can provide her with the support she needs in everyday life.
Tasks:
- Support in daily routines such as household chores
- Help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing
- Mobility, turning in bed, and medication (delegation is given upon employment)
- Handling of assistive devices such as breathing mask, cough machine, ceiling lift, and tube feeding, among others

We are looking for you who are a positive and easy-going person with humor, patience, and are sensitive to the needs of others. Attention to detail is an important trait, but above all, it is about the personal chemistry between you and the client.

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Not allergic to fur-bearing animals as the client has a cat and dog in the home occasionally
MERITS
- Experience in healthcare but not a requirement
Employment level: Temporary staff as needed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed with us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so ordering should be done well in advance.
