Job Description

Background/Assignment Description
The Supplier Security Unit is the requirement setter and supports, coordinates, and follows up on a government agency's internal work regarding security-cleared procurement.

The unit handles the entire process from special security clearance assessment to the signing and follow-up of security clearance agreements. Security clearance agreements aim to ensure security clearance in public procurement, contract signing, or cooperation/collaboration.

The unit's work is largely linked to the agency's fulfillment of current security clearance legislation.

The assignment includes the following tasks:

• Security clearance checks of consultants and security functions
• Processing of security clearance agreements and security clearance understandings

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience where Swedish security clearance legislation has been applied.
• At least 5 years of work experience in security clearance work, primarily within personnel security and security clearance checks.
• At least 2 years of work experience in case processing, with experience of at least one digital case management system.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Merits:

• At least 2 years of work experience in the public sector.
