Description

Home Care Gräsmark is one of two home care groups under Unit 3, Sunne Municipality.

We operate from Uddebo and arrange visits to customers in Gräsmark and the surrounding area. We often work together across boundaries with the Western Ämtervik unit. We collaborate closely to ensure that customers are served according to decisions made by social workers. We maintain close contact with our colleagues and other professionals, using mobile phones as a key tool for documentation and signing.

Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant with us, you provide service and personal care to our customers in their own homes. We want you to have a clear customer focus and be able to adapt your approach based on the customer and the situation. You should have strong collaboration skills. The work also includes delegated health and medical care tasks. We place great emphasis on interaction, collaboration, flexibility, and responsibility in our contact with customers. We work with the customer in focus, continuity, and hold frequent team meetings with other professionals.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a certified care assistant/nursing education according to upper secondary school or other education deemed equivalent.
• Has good digital skills.
• Can document according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
• Has a valid Category B driver's license.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well in speech and writing.

We need you who are secure, cooperative, and sensitive to the customer's needs. You thrive in a job that is sometimes unpredictable and varied.

The positions are permanent employment with an employment rate of 75–100 %.

Conditions

Sunne Municipality applies annual working hours for this position.

Working hours: according to schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
