Your role

As a technician here, you will help create well-functioning environments that support the entire operation in Svappavaara. You contribute to ensuring that properties, workplaces, and common areas function in daily life, while also developing working methods and driving improvements forward.

You work broadly within property maintenance together with the Technical and Service team, where you are responsible for area maintenance, caretaking, and maintenance of our own properties. The role also involves ordering and following up on services such as cleaning, catering, and waste management, as well as contributing to the work with storage areas and vehicles.

The team is responsible for shell protection and fencing and supports the operations with supervision and maintenance of objects subject to inspection. You have many contact points and play a central role in ensuring the whole system works.

As a property technician, you will work with tasks such as:

• Coordinating and following up on property maintenance
• Being the contact person for questions regarding rental agreements and construction services
• Participating in and driving improvement initiatives
• Handling internal building permits
• Planning and preparing office environments
• Communicating with suppliers within cleaning, catering, and waste management
• Planning storage and staging areas
• Contributing to budget work and following up on costs and invoicing
• Handling issues related to land and forestry

You also have:

• A high school education
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge within property maintenance, industry, or similar

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working within property maintenance or construction
• Familiarity with our facilities
