This is a role for you who want a broad mandate and to truly make an impact. You will be part of the management group, report to the CEO, and have personnel responsibility for project managers and service engineers. However, you are also the one who rolls up your sleeves: supporting project managers with design in Inventor and AutoCAD, creating calculations, driving your own projects, and helping the production manager coordinate resources. A day can look many ways – and that is exactly the point.

Key responsibilities include:

• Personnel responsibility for project managers and service engineers
• Design support in AutoCAD and Inventor, as well as simulation and technical calculation
• Drive own projects and back-office support with project calculations
• Coordinate resources and support the workshop manager in daily operations
• Technical advisory to customers within defense and renewable energy
• Strategic work in the management group

• Is a civil engineer with 5–10 years of work experience
• Has experience with pressure vessels, high pressure, or gases
• Master AutoCAD and Inventor and is familiar with simulation and strength calculations
• Has experience with project calculations and technical back office
• Has led or coordinated technical teams
• Background from defense or renewable energy is an advantage
• Is a doer who thrives with many balls in the air
