We are currently helping one of our clients in Skänninge strengthen their finance department with a part-time finance assistant. The need arises weekly over a period of approximately two years, making this a perfect student position for those who wish to gain experience alongside their studies.

You will become part of a team where collaboration, well-being, and shared goals are at the forefront. The role offers flexibility, with work performed partly remotely and partly on-site at the client's location in Skänninge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable processing
• Registration and follow-up of invoices
• Accounting entries (to some extent)
• Follow-up of other financial tasks

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying economics (e.g., at a university, college, or vocational college) and has at least upper secondary education in economics
• Will be continuing their studies during the upcoming two years
• Has an interest in accounting and financial administration
• Is detail-oriented, structured, and quick to learn new tasks
• Thrives working both independently and as part of a team
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is communicative and comfortable interacting with colleagues and other departments within the company
• Previous experience in finance is meritorious but not required – we place great emphasis on personality and willingness to develop.
