Responsibilities
As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the workshop, spare parts, and our customer reception at the facility. The overall responsibility is to create an efficient and secure operation by maintaining and developing existing routines. An important part of the role is to create the conditions for high customer satisfaction. The position includes turnover, occupancy, and profit responsibility for our service market, driving these towards set goals and key performance indicators.
Great focus is placed on leadership and responsibility for the entire employment cycle – from recruitment, management, and distribution of work, resource and competence security, employee development and engagement, and salary setting – to establishing and maintaining a safe and regular working environment. You are also responsible for capital assets such as cars, tools, equipment, and machinery.
Renault Åbro is a full-service facility for Renault passenger cars, Dacia, Renault commercial vehicles, and Alpine. The facility is in an expansion phase, and we are looking for you who want to help grow the business and build a truly strong aftermarket.
Key competencies/skills:
- Vehicle technical education
- Category B driver's license required
- Several years of experience from the automotive industry
- Experience in official or informal leadership roles
- Good general computer skills
- Ability to achieve business goals, as well as develop and improve processes for the business
- You are ambitious, performance-oriented, and dare to make decisions
- Take initiative in business matters and always keep business opportunities in mind
- Motivated by inspiring others and creating a good team spirit
