NOFO Hotel & Wine Bar is a family-owned hotel located in the most vibrant part of Södermalm. We are passionate about design and service—the latter being impossible without our wonderful staff. Our ambition is to create a relaxed yet professional environment where we always go the extra mile to make our guests feel special.

NOFO Hotel is part of WordHotels Crafted – an association of carefully selected hotels where first-class service, style, and comfort are in focus. In addition to NOFO, other Stockholm hotels are part of WordHotels Crafted, such as The Winery, Kung Carl, Hotel Franz, and Hotel Ruth.

Our wine bar focuses on serving unique and carefully selected wines from small-scale producers, local beer, and innovative dishes made with love for locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.

In the wine bar, as well as in all other parts of the hotel, we always strive to do the little extra to make our guests feel special.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?

At NOFO, every guest is met with curiosity and warmth, and we put as much care into how we serve a dish as into how we talk about a wine. It is in the small details that the experience is created.

As a runner, you are an important part of that team.

Your responsibilities include welcoming and attending to guests, serving food, handling dishes, and providing active support to the rest of the serving staff in the wine bar. You will work closely with our head waiter, who is responsible for daily operations and distributes tasks as needed. Over time, we expect you to be able to present our food in an engaging manner and feel confident answering basic questions about the hotel and the wine bar.

PERSONAL PROFILE

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for wine, food, and service. You are self-motivated and confident, with a positive attitude that is evident both towards guests and colleagues. You deliver high quality in everything you do, take ownership, and handle stressful situations with a smile.

THE POSITION

Position: 100% – Seasonal employment with the possibility of extension if there is interest.

Start date: As soon as possible.
