Personal Assistant Wanted for 10-Year-Old Girl

We are looking for you who are playful, engaged, and want to work closely with a 10-year-old girl in her daily life.

The girl lives with her parents in Vassmolösa and needs personal assistance as her oxygen levels can change rapidly. Therefore, you need to be attentive, calm, and able to quickly assess her condition.

The work involves providing support with daily tasks such as tube feeding, hygiene, and various activities. You are also expected to engage her in a playful and educational manner.

We prefer that you are caring, calm, and self-assured. You must not have allergies to fur-bearing animals. Previous experience in healthcare or elderly care is required for this position. It is an advantage if you are trained as a nursing assistant and have experience with breathing machines and epilepsy.

Before employment, you must provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) and undergo a thorough introduction to ensure safe and secure assistance.

Working Hours and Schedule

The position involves variable working hours. Shifts are primarily in the afternoons/evenings and nights.

• Monday–Wednesday: 14:30–21:00
• Thursday–Friday: 13:30–21:00
• Wakeful night shifts: 21:00–07:00 on weekdays, and 21:00–09:00 on weekends, public holidays, and red days.

Day shifts may also occur when school is closed.
