Description

We are looking for you who are a nurse for the unit Municipal Primary Care for service within the teams special housing and home care. You are part of a team with nurses, but also in a cross-professional team with occupational therapist, physiotherapist, unit manager, basic staff and other professions that are around the patient with a focus on patient safety and person-centered care. You have great opportunity to plan and set up your working day so that it works for you and your patients and employees. You will be the responsible nurse for care at one of our central accommodations in Sunne, as well as a resource for certain scheduled time to other accommodations and within home care.

Our accommodations are centrally located within walking and cycling distance, but otherwise travel by car is included.

You work mostly during the day on weekdays and approximately every 5th weekend and have flexible working hours. We offer individually adapted introduction, mentor and collegial guidance.

We have a varied, stimulating work with an open working climate where we support and help each other with challenging tasks.

Tasks

Your tasks include among other things coordinating and being responsible for specific care measures being planned, implemented and evaluated, as well as training, guiding and delegating basic staff. You perform medical assessments, specific care measures and work in a health-promoting and preventive way.

The work means that you independently or together with employees plan and follow up care measures. Business systems that support us in the work are among other digital signature lists and the journal system Life Care HSL.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with a commitment and interest in municipal primary care with a focus on elderly and dementia. It is an advantage if you have worked with similar tasks before. You are welcome to have specialized training with a focus on district nurse, care of the elderly or psychiatry.

To succeed in the position, you work independently and take a large personal responsibility in your profession as well as for planning and follow-up of health care.

You value teamwork highly and have a great interest in working with vulnerable elderly, dementia and palliative care. As a person, you are stable and flexible, have a high sense of responsibility, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You are driven by challenges and want to develop both within your profession and within municipal primary care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability with the ability to work with different orientations and in different groups based on the needs of the business.

Conditions

Swedish license as a nurse and several years of experience working as a nurse.

Category B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement as well as that you can cycle.

Two reference persons, of which at least one manager, are provided at the interview.

In connection with possible employment, we would like extracts from the Police's criminal and suspicion register. A verdict may affect your opportunity for employment.
