Do you want to be the obvious link between production and the testing department? A role that we value highly!

We are now looking for a TEST & REPAIR technician for one of our client companies in Norrtälje, which wants to expand its team with one more employee. The assignment starts as soon as possible.

The role of Test & Repair is to support production so that the flow can continue without unnecessary stops. This means that the work is sometimes intense and eventful, with several things happening simultaneously, so it is important to be able to prioritize and change pace.

The main focus of the role is to troubleshoot and repair boards that production itself cannot rectify. In addition, other areas of responsibility may be added, which can vary over time depending on needs and priorities.

In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair boards that production cannot handle themselves
• Act as a problem solver in real-time when unexpected events affect the flow
• Prioritize work continuously based on production needs and time-critical situations
• Collaborate closely with operators and production technicians to ensure the flow continues without interruption
• Document and provide feedback on recurring faults, deviations, and improvement proposals
• Take responsibility for varying tasks, which may change depending on what is happening in production from day to day

We believe you have:

• Experience from production, electronics, testing, repair, or similar technical work
• The ability to troubleshoot systematically, even when the pace is high
• A good understanding of electronics, measuring equipment, or testing methods (practical and theoretical)
• The ability to prioritize and make decisions when many things are happening at once
• A confident collaborative spirit and a willingness to support production when needed
• Technical curiosity and a drive to learn new tasks and working methods

The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where challenges arise continuously.

It is a plus if you can start with short notice. Since our client is located in Roslagen, you should be living in Roslagen or be willing to move there.
