PEMA Control sells and performs service on process measurement instruments for customers within nuclear power, energy, industry, as well as municipalities/regions. We represent Panametrics, Bently Nevada, and Berthold on the Swedish market. As a Service Technician in service & sales, you will work with a wide range of fantastic products in close collaboration with colleagues and customers throughout Sweden, where no two days are alike. You report directly to the CEO.

Main Responsibilities

• Technical advice as well as driving sales and upselling to industrial customers in Sweden
• Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and training
• Responsible for customer service, both planned and urgent cases
• Perform installation and commissioning of instruments at the customer site
• Perform validation and calibration services
• Work together with the CEO to further develop processes and routines for sales and service work
