About the Role

As a field sales representative with us, you are a key person in our sales team. You work out in the field, meeting homeowners to show how our solar solutions and energy storage can make a real difference – both economically and environmentally.

You are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to signed contract. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our appointment setters who schedule meetings for you. Upon joining, you will receive a thorough introduction, professional sales training, and ongoing coaching to ensure your success in the role.

We offer a base salary + commission, providing you with security while offering great potential for high income.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily prospecting sales targeting private individuals
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings
• Prepare and present quotations
• Follow up on deals and build long-term customer relationships
• Represent Täta Tak Energi at trade shows and events

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Is results-oriented and thrives working towards clear goals
• Is responsible, self-motivated, and confident when meeting new people
• Wants to develop and build a career in sales
• Has sales experience (advantageous but not required – we train you from scratch)

Location: Based at one of our offices in Växjö, Helsingborg, Malmö, or Halmstad – primarily field work
