Täta Tak Energi is growing and we are now looking for a driven person who is at the beginning of their sales career and wants to continue developing as a team leader for our field sales representatives in the Helsingborg area. Do you have a passion for field sales and are you a natural leader? Then we might be looking for you.

About the role:

As a team leader here, you will be responsible for a group of field sales representatives based in Helsingborg. A large part of your tasks will involve selling directly to private homeowners in the field on a daily basis, and you will have your own sales budget. At the same time, you will coach and lead your team in their daily work, ensuring that their sales targets and results are achieved.

Other responsibilities include:

• Monitoring sales statistics and budgets
• Keeping yourself and your team updated with new information and guidelines
• Training and developing team members
• Participating in trade fairs and events

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in field sales and thrives in proactive sales roles
• Has experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment
• Wants to develop their leadership skills
• Is collaborative, unpretentious, and extroverted
• Has strong initiative and communication skills
• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

About the employment:

A comprehensive training program within our segment is provided upon starting the employment.

Start: Immediately or as agreed

Hours: Full-time

Contract: Initially a 6-month probationary period

Location: Based at our offices, but primarily working in the field.
