Täta Tak Energi is growing and we are now looking for a driven person who is at the beginning of their sales career and wants to continue developing as a team leader for our field sales representatives in the Helsingborg area. Do you have a passion for field sales and are you a natural leader? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

About the role:

As a team leader here, you will be responsible for a group of field sales representatives based in Helsingborg. A large part of your duties will involve selling directly to private homeowners in the field on a daily basis, and you will have a budget for your own sales. At the same time, you will coach and lead your team in their daily work, ensuring that their sales targets and results are achieved.

Other responsibilities include:

• Monitoring sales statistics and budgets
• Keeping yourself and your team updated with new information and guidelines
• Training and developing team members
• Participating in trade fairs and events

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in field sales and thrives in proactive sales environments
• Has experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented work environment
• Wants to develop their leadership skills
• Is collaborative, unpretentious, and extroverted
• Has strong initiative and communication skills
• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has a valid B-class driver’s license

About the employment:

A comprehensive training program within our sector will be provided upon starting the position.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed

Employment type: Full-time

Contract: Initially a 6-month probationary period

Location: You will be based at our offices but will primarily work in the field.
