About the Role

As a Junior Purchasing Assistant, you will place and follow up on purchase orders, monitor and ensure deliveries, handle discrepancies, update item and supplier data, support purchasers in supplier contacts, administer purchase documentation, and contribute to improved routines at our client's company.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, who is detail-oriented and enjoys working with routines. You should be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively, be solution-focused, and proactive. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience working in business systems such as Monitor ERP and strong knowledge of Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on economics, technology, or logistics.
• Experience working in business systems.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in purchasing or order management, preferably from logistics, manufacturing, or the electronics industry, is preferred. Understanding of component flows, supplier management, and experience working with Monitor ERP are considered advantages. It is also positive if you have documented experience in contributing to process improvements, handling discrepancies in a solution-oriented manner, and collaborating closely with suppliers, production, and purchasers.
