Project Manager / Production Technician

We are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented Project Manager / Production Technician who wants to create efficient processes, improve working methods, and drive projects from idea to final implementation.

About the role

In this combined role, you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally. You are responsible for leading projects related to production and process development while actively working close to the operations to ensure efficient and sustainable solutions.

We are looking for someone who thrives on taking responsibility, creating structure, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects related to production and process development.
• Responsible for planning, costing, negotiation, procurement, and installation.
• Create, develop, and update work instructions and standards.
• Analyze and improve assembly processes, for example through time studies and balancing.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure quality control routines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement work according to LEAN principles.
• Implement new methods, working practices, and technologies in production.
• Work with FMEA and action management.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a relevant technical education or several years of experience in production technology and project management. You are self-motivated, engaged, and have the ability to drive work forward in a structured manner.

You are equally comfortable in the meeting room as you are on the production floor, and you easily switch between a holistic perspective and detailed focus.

• Have 2–5 years of experience in production technology and project management.
• Be analytical, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
• Have strong self-drive and take initiative.
• Thrive in a role where you both plan and execute.
• Be communicative and collaborate well with various functions.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.
